SimpleCell distinguishes all major immune lineages and rare subpopulations in PBMCs—enabling deep insights from heterogeneous biological samples.

SimpleCell analysis of human PBMCs identified all major immune cell types and subtypes through clustering and marker gene expression. The UMAP plots, dot plot, and feature expression maps illustrate distinct cell populations and their characteristic gene markers across 15,650 high-quality cells.
